“Blossoms & Blooms: Volume 1” by Jessica R. Field

While my process may vary from piece to piece, more often than not my watercolor paintings follow the same formula. They begin life as an idea I’ve sketched out or a photo I’ve taken, then become a pen and ink drawing which has watercolor or watercolor pencil applied over it. In essence, I make my own coloring pages and fill them in. My friend remarked on this and through some mild cajoling as only good friends and family can do, I became the author of a coloring book in 2021.
